By accessing or using the Review Genie platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including organizations and their authorized users.

2. Description of Service

Review Genie is a platform that helps businesses generate customer reviews by automating review request campaigns. The Service allows you to identify customers, send personalized review requests via email, track review submissions, and reward customers with gift cards for leaving reviews on platforms such as G2.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date account information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited emails, or deceptive messages
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Submit fake or fraudulent reviews on any review platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service in a manner that could damage our reputation or the reputation of review platforms we integrate with

5. Email Sending and CRM Integration

By connecting your email account (e.g., Gmail) or CRM (e.g., HubSpot) to Review Genie, you:

• Authorize us to send emails on your behalf to your customers
• Confirm that you have the right to contact the recipients
• Agree to comply with all applicable email and anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL)
• Accept responsibility for the content of emails sent through the Service

6. Gift Card Rewards

Review Genie facilitates gift card rewards for customers who leave reviews. Gift cards are provided through our partner Tillo and are subject to their terms and conditions. We are not responsible for gift card redemption issues, expiration, or terms imposed by gift card issuers.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Review Genie and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you upload or input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee any specific number of reviews or outcomes from using the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Review Genie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Review Genie operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
